While studying art in Kingston Upon Thames, London, I used to go to the riverside of the Thames. I would see pubs, parks, houses, and people on canal boats enjoying the day and nature on the river. Even after coming back to Korea, I still think of those memories from time to time, which have become a major source of inspiration for my work. This particular series portrays the bohemian lifestyle on a boat, with people seeking freedom and happiness on the River Thames.
